Dalia is an expert in real estate financing, having pioneered the strategic approach to capital structuring and financing. Planning well in advance to ensure the right financing is available for each phase of the project, from acquisition, stabilization and long term holding and/or exit, maximizing returns and flexibility across the entire process.
Chris Shebib
Chris has been investing since 1992 using multiple strategies in both Canada and the United States and has won awards for his innovative and profitable real estate investing, and as an investor-focused realtor, strategizing and training other investors to achieve their goals. Chris focuses today almost exclusively on forcing value and maximizing ROI in apartment buildings, and in residential additional unit conversions throughout select markets in the GTA.
Rachel Oliver
Rachel is a veteran of the real estate industry, having founded and operations one of the most successful and respected Rent-to-own investment firms in Canada. She brings expert knowledge in raising capital and focus on creating value to both the investors and our tenants to the multifamily space.
